Open space, a dwindling resource, is essential to our lifestyle in Norco. Truly, it’s necessary for a quality life for all people. Friends of Norco Hills celebrates the outdoor life and organized to preserve the remaining undeveloped land in Norco and Western Riverside.
We’ve partnered with Riverside Land Conservancy a twenty year old corporation with a record of successful open space acquisitions totaling over 12,000 acres in Riverside County. Partnering with Friends of Norco Hills provides Riverside Land Conservancy with indispensable local involvement. Funds for these acquisitions are available as grants from thousands of sources equally enthusiastic about preserving open space.
Bringing all these resources together, Friends of Norco Hills expects, through purchases, easements and donations, to acquire local landscapes from current owners and preserve them, unchanged, forever.
